Temporary Body Art Events
Event Sponsor
Temporary body art facilities set up in-doors through an event sponsor/coordinator.

To avoid processing delays, please email as a complete package in PDF format. After you submit your paperwork, you will be contacted with instructions on how to pay fees.
Event Sponsor Permit Fee: $300 + $66 per event booth
Temporary Event Practitioner Registration
If you do not have a valid practitioner permit in the State of California, email the following to bodyart@rivco.org to obtain a temporary practitioner registration for the event:
- Valid picture ID verifying age
- Valid Bloodborne Pathogen Certificate that is specific to body art
- Proof of Hep B Vaccination or Hep B Declination Form
