Make a Payment

  Option 1: Pay by Mail.

  • A check or money order can be mailed to:

  Option 2: Pay in Person.

  • Visit your local office during operating hours. 
  • Bring your invoice with you.
  • Acceptable methods of payment are cash, check, money order and credit card. A merchant payment processor fee of 2.375% will be applied to credit card payments. American Express is not accepted.

  Option 3: Pay online.

  • E-check Payment Service: Available with no processing fees.
  • Credit Card Payments: A 2.9% merchant payment processor fee will be applied.  American Express is not accepted.
  • Eligibility: Certain program permits are not eligible for online payment and require additional operational procedure review.

  • To pay online, click the Proceed to Payment Portal button below.
  • You will be redirected to the online payment portal.

  • Provide your invoice number found on your mailed invoice. Refer to the example on the right.
