Jeff Johnson
Director, Environmental Health
Mr. Johnson was appointed as the Director of the Environmental Health Department on December 30, 2021. He is responsible for the delivery and effectiveness of the programs administered by the department. He feels very blessed to have worked in every program at some point in his 28 year career with Environmental Health. Jeff's immediate support cast consist of 2 Deputy Directors and 4 Program Chiefs and considers himself very fortunate to be working with such a talented group of professionals.
Jeff is a Riverside County native, graduated from Arlington High (1982), attended Riverside City College and received a Bachelor's degree from Cal State San Bernardino, majoring in Biology. When not at work, Jeff spends his free time enjoying numerous outdoor hobbies.
