FORMAL PUBLIC REVIEW NOTICE
RISK MANAGEMENT PLAN
DOCUMENT REVIEW

In accordance with California Health and Safety Code (HSC), Chapter 6.95, Article 2, Section 25535.2 and California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 19, Division 2, Chapter 4.5, Section 2745.2(c), notice is hereby given that the Risk Management Plans (RMPs) are complete for the following site locations:

Stremicks Heritage Foods
11503 Pierce St.
Riverside, CA 92505

The above RMP(s) are available for public review and comment for forty-five (45) days from the date of posting. Any comments submitted by the public to Riverside County Department of Environmental Health, Hazardous Materials Management Branch Certified Unified Program Agency (CUPA) will be taken into consideration during the evaluation review.

If you are interested in reviewing an RMP for one of the facilities listed above, please contact the CUPA at the address or phone number listed below, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

Upon your arrival at our office, please be prepared to provide official photo identification (e.g., valid driver license/ID or passport), and complete and sign a login sheet to review RMP(s). In accordance with CCR, Title 19, Division 2, Chapter 4.5, Section 2775.5(b), certain sections of the RMP(s) may be read, but not reproduced, printed, scanned, or imaged.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19, our offices are temporarily CLOSED, therefore, RMP review will be available once our offices are open to the public.
